Comfort Suites Port Allen - Baton Rouge

I like that I was only 10 mins away from LSU; so I was able to get my son back in forth with ease. From checking in to checking out.. The staff was great and friendly. I did not have to tell the staff I needed housekeeping, they knew that. My last hotel.. I had to tell them -_-… One day I didn’t want it, just fresh towels but I had valuable things scattered (wash clothes) and I told the new guy.. he was like no worries, put your towels out and you will have fresh towels after the game! I told that young man to never change. Customer Service is lacking everywhere and we need more people like him and this staff. Loved the cook and the breakfast.. for the price, you can’t beat it. Booking may not have them listed as 5 stars but my son and I were treated like 5 stars.

Nice big room with sofa and ottomans, nice TV. Room was clean,bath had ample supplies. Beds were comfy.
